Fast and simple. An easy way to spruce up a can of whole berry cranberry sauce and get a gourmet side dish. Serve hot or cold with chicken, turkey or pork. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan combine first two ingredients. 2. Stirring constantly heat until thickened. 3. Then add remaining ingredients and mix together. 4. Heat and serve. |
