Ingredients:
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1/2 medium-size purple onion, chopped
2 jalapeƱo peppers, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a food processor, pulsing 6 to 8 times or until coarsely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 8 hours.
