My son brought this home from his cooking class. I like the fact it uses canned cranberries. This is made to your own taste. Add or subtract any of the items. It all works. You can use frozen cranberries and it's already cold. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans whole berry cranberry sauce |
1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon grated ginger (to taste) |
1/4 cup lime juice |
Directions:
1. Add berries to bowl. 2. Add all items to taste. 3. Mix well. 4. Serve chilled. |
