Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricot
2 limes, juice of
2 oranges
1 red onion
2 jalapeno peppers
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Chop cranberries, apricots and oranges, and red onion to desired textures.
2. Add juice of limes.
3. This can be done in food processor if desired.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
