I was looking for a fun new side dish for Thanksgiving and found this on the Pacific Coast Cranberry Web.
Ingredients:
1 c. raw cranberries, chopped
1 c. sugar
2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. pineapple, diced
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 to 2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries and sugar. Blend. Refrigerate overnight. Drain off liquid. Combine grapes, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. Fold into cranberry mixture. Add marshmallows and stir.
