This is really yummy during the holiday season or any time actually. Ingredients:
1 envelop unflavored gelatin |
1/4 cup cold water |
1 (3 oz) package raspberry gelatin |
3/4 cup boiling water |
1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce |
1 (8 oz) container sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. 2. In a medium bowl, combine raspberry gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves. 3. Stir in softened gelatin mixture; set aside. 4. Process cranberry sauce in a food processor until smooth. 5. Add sour cream; process just until blended. 6. Whisk cranberry mixture into gelatin. 7. Pour into a lightly oiled 5 cup mold. 8. Cover and chill 4 hours or until firm. 9. Yeild: 10 servings |
