This is my mom's recipe, she always made it for Thanksgiving, Christmas etc It's really a good side salad to serve with your main meal.
Ingredients:
1 package cranberries
2 oranges - 1 peeled, 1 unpeeled
2 apples - cored
1 can crushed pineapple - drained
1 cup sugar
1 package jello - cherry or raspberry
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jello in boiling Water
2. Coursely grind Cranberries, oranges and apples,
3. Add pineapple and sugar
4. Add coursely ground walnuts if desired
5. Mix all together and put in the refrigerator to chill and mellow the flavors.
