This is easy and a tasty dish to serve during the holidays. Can be eaten any other time of the year as well. For some reason....cranberry dishes go best with turkey and the fixins!
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) bag cranberries
1 apple
1 cup pecans
2 cups sugar
1 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Core apple. Leave peeling on if the skin isn't too tough.
2. Place cranberries, apple and pecans in food processor and grind up to a finely chopped consistency.
3. Mix sugar and orange juice and pour over berry mixture.
4. Allow to refridgerate several hours if not over night to allow sugar to dissolve.
