This is a wonderful Hoilday dish or something that can be refreshing in the summer.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
1 banana, mashed
1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix the undrained pineapple, whipped topping, banana, cranberries and pecans in a bowl.
2. Pour into a freezer-proof dish. Freeze until firm.
3. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
