Ingredients:
1 fresh cranberries (16 oz.) |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup water |
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup seedless raisin |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 cup apple, chopped |
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated |
1 teaspoon ginger, ground |
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar and water. 2. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and refrigerate. You may put in jars. |
