Ingredients:
1 fresh cranberries (16 oz.)
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup seedless raisin
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup apple, chopped
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar and water.
2. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Cover and refrigerate. You may put in jars.
