Ingredients:
1 cup(s) water |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 package(s) 12 oz fresh cranberries |
2 whole(s) fresh jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro chopped |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin |
2 whole(s) green onions sliced |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add cranberries. Return to a boil & cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring so that jam does NOT burn or stick to pan. 2. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool. 3. After cool, add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Refrigerate. Serve chilled or at room temperature. |
