Tangy and sweet at the same time. I had a bit left over - it was PERFECT over vanilla ice cream! Ingredients:
1 cup sugar or 1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 cup water |
12 ounces cranberries (fresh or frozen) |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Add cranberries and orange zest, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat, cool, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
