I much prefer this to canned cranberry relish and I insist that my aunt make it every Thanksgiving!! Ingredients:
2 bags fresh cranberries |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, mostly drained |
2 big nice oranges, quartered with skins left on |
1 (3 ounce) box raspberry jell-o gelatin |
1 cup walnuts |
1 cup sugar (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, combine cranberries, pineapple, and oranges to desired consistency, making sure orange peels are sufficiently chopped. 2. Stir in jell-o, walnuts, and sugar (to taste). 3. Freeze at least 2 days before serving. 4. Defrost, stir, and enjoy! |
