Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin puree (15 oz can)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and blend to mix well.
3. Combine eggs, sugar pumpkin, and oil in a seperate mixing bowl.
4. Gradually pour in dry ingredients and mix throughly.
5. Spoon into 2 greased 9x5x2 inch loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
