1 cup sugar |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup milk |
2 cups raw cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup cream |
Directions:
1. Sift together sugar, flour and baking powder. 2. Add milk and cranberries. 3. Pour into a shallow pan, 7 1/2 x 11 inch. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 5. SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together and cook in a double boiler for 10 minutes. 6. Pour hot sauce over slices of pudding as you serve it. 7. Serve hot. |
