Great for the Slow Cooker Ingredients:
3 lbs chuck roast |
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix (1 envelope) |
16 ounces cranberry sauce (jellied or berry) |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Place onion soup mix in slow cooker. 2. Place roast in slow cooker. 3. Top with cranberry sauce. 4. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours. 5. Remove roast & set aside. 6. Set slow cooker to high. 7. Add butter and flour & whisk together to make gravy. |
