Crockpot pork roast Ingredients:
3 lb boneless pork loin |
1/4 tsp pepper |
16 ounces jellied cranberry sauce |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tsp grated orange peel |
1/8 tsp ground cloves |
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cut roast in half and place in slow cooker; sprinkle with pepper (and salt, if desired.) 2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. 3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. |
