Slow Cooker Receipe! Ingredients:
2 lbs pork tenderloin |
16 oz. cranberry sauce, whole berry |
3/4 c. sugar |
3/4 c. cranberry juice |
1 t. ground mustard |
1 t. pepper |
1/4 c. cornstarch |
1/4 c. cold water |
Directions:
1. Transfer pork roast to slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low six to eight hours or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. |
