Different twist on cranberry pineapple relish. Very tasty. Saw this in a magazine ad. Ingredients:
1 can(20oz) crushed pineapple,in juice |
2 pkgs.(3oz.each) raspberry gelatin |
1 can(16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce |
2/3c walnut pieces |
1 apple,chopped |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple,reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 21/2 cups.;pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over gelatin mixesin large bowl;stir 2 mins. until completely dissolved. 2. Stir in pineapple,cranberry sauce,walnuts and apple. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Refrigerate 21/2 hours or until firm. Remove liners. |
