Cranberry Orange Zinfandel Sauce |

This was inspired by Mercy's Zinfandel Cranberry Relish (Crockpot) #109634. But, I wanted to make it in April and couldn't find any fresh cranberries. This is my version. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) jar orange marmalade |
1 (6 ounce) package dried sweetened cranberries |
1 1/2 cups zinfandel |
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to a very low simmer. 3. Simmer mixture for 1-1 1/2 hours or until thick and cranberries soft. |
