Thick cranberry sauce with orange Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages fresh cranberries or 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen cranberries |
1 orange, zest of, cut into strips |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cinnamon stick |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and hte sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes. 2. Cool and refrigerate. 3. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving. |
