From Kraft. Great with a deli roasted chicken. Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice |
2 cups orange juice |
1/2 cup snow peas |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice as directed on pkg substituting orange juice for water. 2. Add peas and cranberries and cover. 3. Let stand 5 minutes. 4. Fluff with fork before serving. |
