Ingredients:
1 pound(s) fresh cranberries |
1/2 cup(s) fresh squeezed orange juice |
1 whole(s) orange zest |
6 whole(s) oranges, segmented, pith and membranes removed |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Place the sugar, 1 cup water, and the orange juice in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. 2. Add cranberries, cook just until berries start to pop, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest and orange segments. Cool and refrigerate overnight. |
