Ingredients:
5 cups fresh cranberries |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup finely chopped orange rind |
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom |
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, rind, nutmeg, and cardamom in a heavy saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool. Transfer to a serving bowl, and chill thoroughly. |
