From the Canadian living 20th anniversary cookbook Ingredients:
1/4 cup cranberry juice concentrate |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
6 cooked ham steaks (about 1 1/2 lbs each) |
Directions:
1. - In a small bowl, combine cranberry concentrate, orange rind,and mustard; set aside. 2. - Place ham steaks on greased grill over Medium-high heat; cover and cook turning once, for about 10 minutes or until heated through. 3. - Brush both sides with glaze; cook got 1 minute turning once. |
