Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
tablespoons finely chopped pecans
pinch of salt
1 4-ounce log soft goat cheese
Directions:
1. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a work surface.
2. Combine cranberries, pecans and salt in a small bowl.
3. Dump the mix onto the plastic wrap and form it into a small rectangle on the plastic wrap.
4. Roll goat cheese in the cranberry mixture to completely coat.
