Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup(s) fresh or frozen cranberries |
1/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts |
1 egg |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1/3 cup(s) melted butter |
Directions:
1. Place cranberries in a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with brown sugar and walnuts. 2. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg, gradually add sugar. Beat in flour and butter. 3. Pour over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. |
