2 cup(s) bisquick
3/4 cup(s) cranberries, halved
1 egg
2 tablespoon(s) melted butter
3/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
4 tablespoon(s) sugar
Directions:

Place cranberry halves in powdered sugar and coat thoroughly. Mix rest of ingredients and beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Fold in berries (and orange zest). Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees 15-20 minutes.
