Cranberry Mousse Dessert

an old recipe in my file, very festive and great with for poultry and meat meals- use as a side or dessert
Ingredients:
3 oz raspberry gelatin
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 can 16 oz. cran-rasp sauce
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Directions:
1. Bring juice to a boil.
2. Dissolve in gelatin.
3. Beat cran-rasp sauce till partially smooth.
4. Fold into gelatin mixture.
5. Chill until partially set.
6. Fold in whipped topping.
7. Place mixture in individual dessert dishes, a pie shell or a gelatin mold
8. Chill until set and firm.
9. Serves 6 to 8
