Mom's been making this for eons. It's a simple fail proof recipe, always delicious, colorful and present at our Thaksgiving table! It can be made as a dessert or side dish. We use it as a side Ingredients:
3 oz raspberry gelatin |
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail |
1 can 16 oz. cran-rasp sauce |
1 1/2 cups whipped topping or real whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Prep time does not include the chill time. 2. Bring juice to a boil. 3. Dissolve in gelatin. 4. Beat cran-rasp sauce till partially smooth. 5. Fold into gelatin mixture. 6. Chill until partially set. 7. Fold in whipped topping or whipped cream. 8. Place mixture in individual dessert dishes, a pie shell or a gelatin mold . 9. We use the gelatin mold. 10. Chill until set and firm. |
