Cranberry Mousse

Ingredients:
1 cup ocean spray cranberry juice cocktail
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
1 (16 ounce) can ocean spray jellied cranberry sauce
2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling in a saucepan.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.
4. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat cranberry sauce in a small bowl for 1 minute.
5. Stir into gelatin mixture.
6. Chill until it begins to thicken, but not set.
7. Gently mix in whipped topping, using a rubber scraper.
8. Spoon into serving dishes or prepared pie shell.
9. Chill until firm.
10. Makes 8 servings.
