This is a very nice and refreshing cranberry sauce that is great with pork, poultry or seafood. Ingredients:
16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce |
1 tablespoon chicken soup base |
1 ounce finely chopped fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Heat cranberry jelly slowly to a bubble stirring constantly. 2. Whisk in soup base until completely dissolved then remove from heat. 3. Stir in mint just before serving either hot or cold. |
