Creamy, fruity, beefy, sweet. Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 can whole berried cranberry sauce |
2 small cans tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder and pepper then roll into meatballs. 2. In a saucepan heat cranberry sauce and tomato paste on low flame and add meatballs. 3. Cook 30 minutes then serve hot. |
