We usually have this just at Thanksgiving, but if you like cranberry sauce. Is great for Picnics & social gathering ! Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages cherry gelatin |
2 cups boiling water |
1 (8 3/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 (1 lb) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Dissolve, gelatin in boiling water,stir in pineapple,Chill until partially set. 2. Fold in cranberry sauce. 3. Spoon into a 8x8x2 inch pan. 4. Spoon sour cream on top. 5. Stir through to marble, chill until firm. |
