I make this for our Thanksgiving turkey dinner and freeze the remaining for use with the Christmas dinner. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries |
1 small onion |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
Directions:
1. Chop together onion and cranberries in food processor. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well. 3. Keep refrigerated and leftovers can be frozen. 4. A zippy little replacement for regular cranberry sauce to serve with your turkey dinner. |
