Johnston's Cranberry Marsh Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb ground pork |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg |
1/2 cup cranberry sauce |
2 cups cranberry sauce |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 drop tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Meatballs: Combine ingredients, shape into meatballs, bake at 400°F 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. 2. Sauce: Heat sauce ingredients. 3. Put meatballs in casserole. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350°F for 15 – 20 minutes. |
