Cranberry Glazed Carrots

A great holiday dish that even the kids will eat.
Ingredients:
1 pound baby carrots
1 teaspoon salt, divided
i can jellied cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped, garnish
Directions:
1. Place carrots and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large saucepan
2. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat; cook 10minutes or until carrots are fork tender.
4. Drain.
5. Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, mustard and remainiing salt in a small mixing b owl.
6. Add orange juice.
7. Melt butter in a large skillet.
8. Add carrots and orange juice mixture.
9. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until carrots are coated, stirring frequently.
10. Cook until heated through.
11. Garnish with pecans.
