1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
12 ounces chili sauce |
8 ounces cranberry sauce, jelly style |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. 2. In large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and eggs; blend well. 3. Shape into 1 inch meatballs; place in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. 4. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes our until meatballs are browned and no linger pink in center. 5. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; blend well. 6. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 7. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 8. Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. 9.
