A Medley of Cranberry Cake Frostings & Toppings Good for Thanksgiving and other holiday cakes and desserts Cranberry Fluff Frosting: Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine |
2 teaspoons orange rind, grated |
1 dash salt |
1 lb powdered sugar |
5 tablespoons cranberry juice cocktail |
Directions:
1. Cream butter.
2. add orange rind and salt. add sugar gradually with cranberry cocktail.
3. beat light and fluffy.
