1/2 cup dried mission figs, chopped |
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries |
1/2 grapefruit, peeled and chopped |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup port wine |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground |
1/8 teaspoon allspice, ground |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until mixture is thick. Cool completely. 3. Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days. |
