Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) cranberries, halved |
1 egg |
2 cup(s) flour |
3/4 cup(s) milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, beat. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the vanilla into the milk. Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk, mixing well after each addition. Fold in cranberries and pour into a greased 8" x8" greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
