4 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail |
1 (4 ounce) package jell-o sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix |
1/2 teaspoon rum extract |
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 cup cool whip lite |
Directions:
1. In a blender container, combine cranberry juice, dry pudding mix, rum extract and Pumpkin Pie Spice. 2. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds. 3. Pour into 4 glasses. 4. Garnish each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. |
