Ingredients:
1 lb raw cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup snipped dates |
1/2 cup light raisins |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients. 2. Bring to the boiling point and boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring accasionally. 3. Serve chilled. |
