Delicious, healthy, and quick - it only takes as long as it does to dump everything in the pan! Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 cup oil |
1/3 cup honey |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup dried currant |
Directions:
1. Combine first eight ingredients (oats through nutmeg) in greased 9x13 baking dish. 2. Add next four ingredients (oil through vanilla) and stir until completely combined. 3. Add dried fruit and stir to combine. 4. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; remove from oven and stir, then bake 10 more minutes, until golden brown. 5. Cool on rack; store in airtight container. |
