Ingredients:
1 egg white |
1/2 teaspoon water |
1 cup fresh cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat egg white and water lightly in a bowl until blended. 2. Dip cranberries in egg white mixture until completely coated,then roll in sugar. 3. Place on wax paper and let stand at room temperature until dry. |
