Cooking with cranberries.
Ingredients:
1 c. uncooked rolled oats (quick cooking)
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. can (jellied or whole cranberry sauce)
Directions:
1. Mix oats, flour, and brown sugar.
2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Place half of this mixture in an 8 x 8 inch greased baking dish.
4. Cover with cranberry sauce.
5. Top with rest of crumb mixture.
6. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
