Cooking with cranberries. Ingredients:
1 c. uncooked rolled oats (quick cooking) |
1/2 c. flour |
1 c. brown sugar |
1/2 c. butter |
1 lb. can (jellied or whole cranberry sauce) |
Directions:
1. Mix oats, flour, and brown sugar. 2. Cut in butter until crumbly. 3. Place half of this mixture in an 8 x 8 inch greased baking dish. 4. Cover with cranberry sauce. 5. Top with rest of crumb mixture. 6. Bake 45 minutes at 350. |
