This is a simple but tasty crisp for those busy nights. Ingredients:
1 c uncooked rolled oats (not instant) |
1/2 c flour |
1 can jellied cranberry sauce |
1 c brown sugar |
1/2 c butter |
Directions:
1. Mix oats, flour, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Put half 2. of mixture in 8 x 8 greased baking dish. 3. Cover with cranberry sauce. 4. Add rest of crumb mixture. 5. Bake 40 minutes at 350 deg. 6. Serve warm with whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream. |
