Delicious cranberry dessert with a crunchy topping that is wonderful especially if served with a topping of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Very quick and easy to prepare during that holiday rush! This recipe came from my wonderful step-mother Paula. Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 (15 ounce) cans cranberries |
Directions:
1. Combine the oatmeal, flour, sugar and melted butter. 2. In an 8 x 8 pan, spread cranberries and top with remaining mixed ingredients. 3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. 4. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. |
