Take some of the pressure off last-minute preparation with this no-cook relish, which can be prepared up to two days ahead. Serve with turkey or pork. Ingredients:
1/4 cup diced red onion |
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro |
1 (16-ounce) can whole-berry cranberry sauce |
1 (15.25-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained |
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. |
