Ingredients:
12 ounces cranberries |
3 black cherry or red zinger tea bags |
1/2 cup honey |
2 cups water |
64 ounces light cranberry juice |
1 qt. sugar-free ginger ale |
1 qt. orange flavored seltzer. |
Directions:
1. Mix 12 oz. cranberries, 3 black cherry or red zinger tea bags, 1/2 cup honey and 2 cups water in a pan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve honey. Boil 2 minutes, remove and let cool. Discard tea bags; transfer mixture to food processor. Process until smooth. Strain; chill. Just before serving, mix with 64 oz. light cranberry juice, 1 qt. sugar-free ginger ale and 1 qt. orangeflavored seltzer. Serves 12. |
